Design of house construction

Construction of residential or non-residential real estate begins with the bureaucracy, where local authorities require the owner of the future object to correctly execute the entire process. This must be done before any work begins, so as not to face fines and other problems.

Each stage of construction consists of three steps:

  • collect a set of documents
  • obtain a permit
  • to legitimize the result

When planning the construction of an object, it is necessary to take into account the fact that the entire process, from the first to the last stage, will require not only the purchase of construction materials and work with contractors, but also visits to various authorities to obtain certificates, permits and other documents that give the right to legally engage in construction.

How to arrange the construction of a house?

The legislation of Ukraine regulates that before obtaining a certificate of ownership of the built property, it is necessary to pass mandatory state registration. According to the requirements of the law, to get the right to dispose of their own property, the owner must issue a title to it. When registering the ownership of a built real estate object, it is necessary to pass not only the registration procedure in the state instance but also the issuance of a certificate.

How to get a certificate of ownership

To register ownership of a real estate object, you must submit an application, which is accompanied by the following documents:

  • a document confirming the applicant’s right to build an immovable object on the selected land plot;
  • document confirming the transfer of the object into operation;
  • technical passport;
  • a document confirming the assignment of a postal address to the erected object.

After collecting and transmitting the documents listed above, the Registrar proceeds to check the entire package of documents. If there are no questions or complaints about the documents during the verification process, the registration process begins. Information about newly constructed objects implies opening a new section in the State register and entering the relevant information into it. Then the necessary information is extracted from the register and passed to the applicant along with the Certificate.

Only after receiving the Certificate on hand, the applicant receives a full right to the erected real estate object and the opportunity to carry out any manipulations with it within the framework of the current legislation.
